Cancellation policy
For “Private or Group On-Snow”, or online Strength & Conditioning training, or a gates analysis
You are required to provide a minimum notice period of twenty-four (24) hours should you wish to cancel (we will issue a full refund minus a $10 service charge) or reschedule a session with your Coach. Without providing notice, you will be charged the full cost.
For Six Weeks to Speed: Junior Ski Racing Development Program
If you opt to cancel your subscription before the agreed-upon start date, you are required to provide a minimum notice period of seventy-two (72) hours. We will issue a full refund minus a $20 service charge.
If you opt to cancel your subscription, Twenty-four (24) hours before the first session, we will issue a full refund minus a $50 service charge.
However, once a session package has started, no refunds will be provided if you fail to attend or cancel a training.

🚗 We recommend parking in Parking Deck A for easy access.
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in, lift pass pickup at the Big Snow entrance, and booting up. Your coach will meet you in the general locker room after you've checked in.
Recommended ski equipment for On-Snow Training
Helmet
Preferably clear ski googles
Skis with a narrow underfoot or SL racing skis
Clothing: Be prepared for 20° temps – gloves and layered gear
Other: Water bottle and snacks

Note: It is not unusual for Big Snow to significantly discount the six-day pass on Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend.
Online Strength & Conditioning Training
Our virtual S&C sessions are designed to boost your performance from home!
What you'll need:
Yoga mat
Optional: A few resistance bands and light dumbbells
Space Requirements: Clear an area of approximately 3 x 3 meters (10 x 10 feet).
Optimal Setup for Zoom meeting:
Phone users: A phone stand is highly recommended for stable viewing.
Laptop/iPad users: Consider a stand or "socle" to elevate your device, ensuring the camera captures your whole training space.
